The CubHouse is located at Kimball Junction, approximately five miles from Park City. There are three ski resorts in the area:

• The Canyons Ski Resort (3 miles away - 2005 price $66)
• Park City Mountain Resort (5 miles away - 2005 price $65)
• Deer Valley Resort (7 miles away - 2005 price $71)

There are four more resorts within an hours drive:

• Solitude Mountain Resort ($41)
• Brighton Ski Resort ($41)
• Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort ($52)
• Alta Ski Area ($45)

There are discount tickets available for all resorts in SLC at Canyon Sports, REI, etc.

Park City is a 40 minutes drive from Salt Lake City airport. In addition to downhill skiing there are lots of other activities available:

• Cross-country skiing
• Snowshoeing
• Bobsledding ($250/person with reservations)
• Hiking
• Biking
• Drinking and eating

The townhome has four bedrooms with a finished basement and two-car garage. The deck has a hot tub or there is another one at the clubhouse, two blocks away. Accommodations are:

• King in Master (with attached bath - Bastard)
• Queen in 2nd bedroom
• Full in 3rd
• Bunks in 4th
• Full sofa bed in basement (3/4 bath in the basement)

Why all the talk about the accommodations? No, we are not renting the place out.

However, we are offering it to all our friends and family. You may use the place anytime you like. It will cost you utilities and cleaning.

Utilities will probably be $5/day in the non-winter months; $10/day in the winter months. Cleaning is $50/less than a week; $100/week.

All you need to do is go to the Calendar link and see if any of the bedrooms are available and reserve it. Don't hesitate to make a partial reservation (meaning for one bedroom even though the other bedroom is occupied). No harm in meeting the other people Jeff/Jay may know or for that matter Jeff or Jay.
